SURVEILLANCE EXPERTS
Mr. De Arcos has over 15 years of surveillance experience and was trained by a retired homicide detective in the beginning of his career. That is where he learned to follow his instinct and don’t assume, let the investigation lead you, which any good investigator knows is a valuable virtue.
He then worked for corporations and obtained valuable information and tools related to the insurance fraud industry, civil, and domestic cases.
